The MG5320 has a bottom drawer that can hold up to 150 sheets of letter-size plain paper; a 150-sheet rear vertical tray accepts everything else. Duplex (two-sided) printing is automatic. The 50-sheet output tray is just the right size and opens automatically when you send a print job. Other features include USB and wireless connectivity, a USB/PictBridge port, a media card, a Memory Stick, and SD card slots. The scanner lid incorporates the control panel, which includes a 3-inch color tilting LCD screen. Navigation is a bit more involved than usual: a scroll wheel navigates the menus, and an “OK” button lets you choose an item. Canon is also adding three function buttons for selecting items that are displayed at the bottom of the screen. The overall setup feels like it has too many buttons, but as with many things, once you get used to the layout, it can be done.
