To reduce bulk, Brother designers made it taper inward from the waist down so it appears to lean forward a bit. It’s a nifty way to cut down on clutter, even if it means you can’t fit A3 paper into the trays without extending them, ruining the smooth line on the front. As a premium all-in-one printer aimed at business users, the Brother MFC-J6940DW comes with a long list of features. It’s not Brother’s best AOI though, so the spec sheet is a bit less spectacular than the Brother MFC-J6957DW. On the plus side, it has plenty of room for blank media with two separate drawers capable of holding a ream of paper (500 sheets) between them.
